What an amazing year it has been for Graystone Walton! Since moving into the building last August we have seen God do some incredible things, which include:
- 25 people crashing the waters of baptism
- Over 550 people attending our Easter services
- Hosting our first ever Sports Camp with 200 kids and 60 volunteers
We have experienced so much growth that we have run out of space for our children and students! In order to accommodate this growth, we have started on Phase 2 of our master plan which is the renovation of the unfinished part of our building. This space will include seven rooms that will be used for our kids and their friends for years to come.
The total cost of this project is $237,000. Debt retirement and overage from last fiscal year has allowed us to pay $157,000 towards that number, leaving $80,000 for the Walton Campus to raise.
Will you consider giving to this special project?
This is a great opportunity for you to pray as a family and decide together what God is leading you to give. You can pick up and fill out a Putting Down Roots pledge card at church. These cards will be turned in during the service on Sunday, June 26th. We are asking all pledges to be fulfilled by Sunday, August 7th.
We believe that God can do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine if we step out in faith for His kingdom. Thank you so much for partnering with us as we seek to DOMINATE our community with the love of Jesus Christ by “putting down roots”.
Colossians 2:6-7 - “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”
