What we will be doing in Brazil?
This trip is going to be amazing! Whether it is your first mission trip or your tenth, you are going to be a part of an intense, fun, beautiful week! The majority of our time in Brazil will be spent creatively ministering to the orphans at Lar Herminia Orphanage. Through Bible stories, music, sports, and games, we will share the love of Jesus with these sweet kids. We will also spend time encouraging the church and people of Brazil.
Do I need a passport?
Yes, a passport is required for all travel outside the U.S. If you don't have one, please apply for it ASAP.
Do I need shots?
No vaccines are required, but the CDC does recommend a couple of vaccinations when traveling to Brazil - http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/traveler/none/brazil.
Who can go?
You must be 16 years of age, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If you have a willingness to go share your faith and encourage the children of Brazil we want you to go.
If trips fill up, priority will be given to Graystone members and attendees.
Is it safe?
